Pietro Scala is actually known for selling the best knives and kitchenware, but secretly he is a gourmet and gin aficionado. He has been involved with the juniper spirit since 2010, tasting countless products and owning a stately collection of the trendy schnapps. And so a flavor version was created that is now bottled in small batches.
"Di Scala Dry Gin al Bergamotto" is a gin that brings la Dolce Vita to the palate - Mediterranean yet dry.
The elegant aroma of Italian bergamot meets the pleasant spice of juniper, leaving the feeling of a mild evening in the south.
With the support of Lukas Schüller's distillery in Maria Taferl, Pietro Scala was able to make his dream of his own gin come true.
