Suncraft is one of the leading knife manufacturers in Japan. The Senzo Black series is one of the few knife series on the market that offers a bunka knife. The cutting core made of VG-10, which is flanked by 33 layers of softer steel on each side to protect it, is hardened to 60±1 HRC and therefore very durable. It is one of the most popular steels in Japan. With the new "etching process", the Damascus structure is particularly well accentuated and more visible. An indestructible octagonal handle made of elegant Pakka wood allows for fatigue-free cutting. This makes cooking a real pleasure!
