The GSF series consists of smaller knives with thinner blades. The forged knives of the GS series are characterized by their seamless transition between handle and blade. Especially for professional chefs who have to meet stricter hygiene requirements, the seamless all-steel construction is very accommodating. The robust, rust-resistant Cromova 18 blade steel has a hardness of 58 Rockwell. The blade is sharpened to approx. 17 degrees per side and is ideal for most tasks.
