Opinel No. 10 Shiori

The limited edition (2,100 pieces worldwide) Shiori No.10 folding knife is the result of an exceptional collaboration between Opinel, Japanese master blacksmith Nigara Hamono, and Shiori founder Atsuko Totsuka-Blanchet. This masterpiece of craftsmanship is forged in Japan and made from multiple layers of the highest quality VG7 steel. The flamed maple handle naturally shines with its tiger-stripe-like grain, while the matte black anodized Virobloc® locking ring provides a contrast to both parts of the knife. The elegant packaging with branded tissue paper and cardboard, as well as a wooden case, makes this knife a true collector's item. The larger size of the No.10 makes it an excellent chef's knife, albeit in a folding design.
