The handles of these kitchen knives, made from Pakka wood, have a twisted look. This provides more grip and allows for fatigue-free cutting. The cutting core made of VG-10, which is flanked by 33 layers of softer steel for protection, is hardened to 60±1 HRC and therefore holds an edge very well. It is one of the most popular steels from Japan. Cooking is really fun with these knives!
