The exclusive Nesmuk Protective Coating technology preserves the originally non-stainless blade from rust. Please note that the edge is not protected and should be coated with camellia oil after use to protect it from rust. 62HRC, hand-forged

Intended use: Cutting fish, meat, and vegetables. The wide blade ensures knuckle clearance.
