The Passenger is a unique design by Pierre Ôdae from Thiers.
Each of his creations features a "clock". It is symbolised by three small dots or pins on the handle, or by a code engraved inside the knife. It represents the time the knife was finished, and the time it came into existence.

Meanwhile, part of our family has moved to Vienna, where we were able to seamlessly continue the success of our parents and opened a steel goods store at Am Platz 4 in Hietzing. In addition to our location in Graz, we also pamper our customers here with high-quality kitchen knives and accessories and the customer service known for Scala.
