Please note, the cutting edge is not protected and should be coated with camellia oil after use to protect it from rust. 63HRC, hand-forged

Handle material: Bahia rosewood

Intended use: Cutting fish, meat, and vegetables. The wide blade ensures knuckle clearance when working.
