Nesmuk Sharpening Leather Strop for Kitchen Knives
How often do you hear yourself say, "That doesn't cut well!"
Leather strops are one of the oldest sharpening tools. And fortunately, they are still in use today. Because the secret behind the incredible sharpness of Japanese knives is the final stropping with leather! Nesmuk has succeeded in taking the next evolutionary step in this regard! It is a square leather strop prepared with diamond pastes of different grits. The grits are perfectly matched and range from #1000-#10000. The final stropping is done on the natural, untreated side, which is also made of leather. If you have a little practice, the entire sharpening process takes less time than reading these lines! If you want to achieve the fastest and best results for your blades, there's no way around Nesmuk's sharpening strop. But beware! You won't recognize your knives afterward.
Model: Leather sharpening strop for kitchen knives
Overall length: 37cm
Usable area: 26x3.4x3.5cm
Material: Oak wood, leather, diamond paste
Handle material: Oak wood handle

Intended use: The four-sided leather strop can be used to maintain the edge of any smooth knife (except ceramic). It is quick and easy to use. As shown on the strop, start with "rough" and work your way up to the fourth side in just a few strokes. Alternately move the blade sides over the leather treated with abrasive or polishing paste, as if spreading butter on bread. The application is simple and quick. Furthermore, scratching the blade, in case the stropping angle is chosen incorrectly, is almost impossible with the strop. ATTENTION: For already dull knives, a stone must be used; the strop is only intended for realigning the edge of reasonably sharp knives.
