Step 1: Preparation
Chop all ingredients for your dish, place them raw into the Jarsty, and close it with the lid. Close the valve and shake the box to mix the ingredients as thoroughly as possible.
Step 2: Cooking in the microwave
Open the valve and place your Jarsty in the microwave for 5-6 minutes. The wattage varies between 600-900 watts. To ensure your food is perfectly cooked, we have developed a test that is included once.
Step 3: 5-10 minutes of resting
Remove your Jarsty from the microwave - but be careful: the box is quite hot, so it's best to use an oven mitt. Close the valve and let the Jarsty rest at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4: Storage
If you want to store your dishes, leave the Jarsty closed for another 10 minutes so that a vacuum is created inside. Then place the Jarsty in the refrigerator; you can store meals for up to 15 days (keep the valve closed).
