"L'Antò" was developed together with the Zuria family (Bonifacio – Corsica) and Robert Beillonnet (awarded best French knifemaker in 1997 and 2000). This knife features an original blade locking system: the "Palanquille", which is safe and very comfortable to use, as well as a solid blade stop that ensures long-lasting sharpness.
